How Does Your Pricing Work?

We provide all of our services at flat rates. For website content buildouts and other one-time projects, we establish the flat rate up front based on the scope of the project. For monthly content plans, we determine the flat rate based on the total word count per month and whether we are providing organic SEO. Our plans start at 2,500 words per month, which typically includes two 1,000-word blog articles and two 250-word updates to existing articles or pages. However, this can vary based on a client’s specific monthly needs.

What is the Timeline for Building Out a Website’s Content?

The timeline for building out a website’s content depends primarily on the scope of the project. We work fairly quickly; and, in our experience, our turnaround times are quicker than most people expect. Once we know the scope of your project and have the final sitemap, then we will provide you with a delivery schedule. For large websites, we will typically deliver content in batches of 10 to 20 pages.

We work with our clients to meet their deadlines whenever possible. If you are targeting a launch date for your business or institution’s website, we will work with you to deliver your content in time—as long as the overall timeline is reasonable. We will discuss this up front, and we will let you know if we can work within your time constraints (if any) so that you can make an informed decision.

How Many Blog Articles Should We Publish Each Month?

The number of blog articles your business or institution should publish monthly depends on your organic SEO goals and other factors. At a minimum, we recommend two 1,000-word articles (along with updates to existing content), which is why our monthly content plans start at 2,500 words. However, we’ve written for businesses that publish upwards of 20 blog articles per month, and we can handle this type of volume (or more) if that is what your business or institution needs.
